This house was great for having 3 beds, 1.5 baths, the kitchen, dining area, and living area all on one level. We had grand parents, parents, and an elementary school aged grandchild in one house and it worked wonderfully for us all. The steps to the basement are steep and the steps are narrow, but majority of the time can be spent up stairs for those who have a hard time with steps. It was a nice neighborhood and with in 30-45 minutes to a majority of the bigger sights in Indy. We would stay there again!

The home was beautiful and well-maintained within a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and even greeted us with a wave as we arrived and departed. With three vehicles, the long, flat driveway was definitely a convenient bonus.

The pictures and description were spot on. This is a large, beautiful home in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the owners were very responsive leading up to our arrival.The only downside was the bathroom situation. With nearly 10 of us staying, having just one full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and one half bath, both on the main level, made mornings a bit hectic. A second full or even half bath with a shower on the basement level would have made a big difference. Also, there weren’t quite enough towels for our group, but fortunately, we had brought some extras.Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we truly appreciated the space and the great communication!
