Great spot in Indiana

Very impressed.Well furnished and comfortable.One small complaint … just a bit noisy. Some heavier drapes would be awesome.

The place and people couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone was super helpful when I needed help. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay when in Indianapolis you definitely should consider staying here. Definitely would choose this over a hotel.

The perfect location

We stayed at the Morado loft for the Monumental Marathon and found the property in the perfect position; a half block from the start line! Outside of the location, I would characterize the lodging as adequate. The property was clean and the amenities were sufficient. The free parking and the gym were was a big plus!

I was very disappointed with the process of checking into this property. A link was sent to my VRBO account that did not work. After several attempts of copy and pasting the ENTIRE link. I asked for the link to be resent. The response I got was “we already did two hours ago” I asked for help several times. I was told I wasn’t copying the entire link. And showed that the link was sending me to an error page. The host was rude and not helpful. The area surrounding the property was dirty. A lot of homeless people with urine on the streets. The elevator to the property was very sketchy. It seemed like it would breakdown at any momen

In the heart of downtown. Very walkable. Apartment was spacious. Nicely decorated. Secure. Parking was a bit tricky, but finally got used to it. Got a parking ticket souvenir for the 10 minutes it took us to check in. Law is looking for the opportunity to pounce. Better to blink flashers in front of the building when you run in to check in than park in a spot and hope you don't get ticketed.
