TV didn't work on arrival. Front desk didn't answer phone for over 15 minutes. Waited another 15 at desk to ask for assistance with TV. Maintenance then fixed it. Tried to take a shower next morning and no hot water. Took a cold shower to get on the road. Bed was comfortable. Wouldn't recommend.

We never saw housekeeping. We had to ask for towels each day and other supplies that were out. We had to move rooms as the refrigerator was broken in our first one. They immediately rented that room without fixing a leaking refrigerator. The food was mediocre at best. I doubt the dirty trash cans in the dining area would pass health inspections. I will say the staff was friendly and the room while old and dated was passable.

Curtious staff, decent breakfast. We loved the waffles. The tvs and tvs channel choices were awful. ,4 channels and half of the time they didn't work.Thexfront desk said to unplug TV and let it reboot. That didn't work.

Television remote was missing batteries, the clerk couldn’t find any replacement batteries. She gave me another remote which didn’t work on the television in my room. When I return that remote to the new clerk, she wasn’t able to help me either. Driving all day and can not enjoy a program on television, this room wasn’t worth my money.

very clean room, staff was understanding and helpful without giving off any bad attitude. this Sleep Inn was maybe at 1/3rd capacity and very quiet. I missed breakfast so no opinion there. however I would stay here again and again.

Since it was heating season the window unit I noticed was quiet enough. When it came on and off. So it didn't keep me awake at night. I had a shower handle that wasn't working properly. Which is always unfortunate. More and more I find hotels that just had so many minor maintenance issues that are unaddressed
