It’s a fairly decent looking hotel, but the bed was not the most comfortable, the floor was cracked in the bathroom, and the lack of a shower door is annoying. It was also frustrating that after getting there at nearly 2am, the guy told me I had to wait another 30 mins to check in because the system was doing something. I wanted to get in and to my room ASAP after flying all night. Last thing I want to do is lose another minute waiting for a computer system to do its nightly check in ritual further delaying me getting to bed. I also think breakfast should be extended to at least 10:30am, and for the price is it too much to ask to have a decent coffeemaker that can do espresso or at least have some flavored syrups or creamers?
