The shut the water off between 940-1040 that day stating that they called to inform us but the phone rang twice and when I answered the phone was dead. Next thing I know the water was shut off. No coffee in the morning, couldn’t flush the toilet, and biggest of all we couldn’t take a shower. You get a hotel so you a sleep, shower and bath. I was able to sleep but woke up to no water, no coffee, and o no bathroom capabilities for me and my family. I booked through hotels.com so the hotel says they can only offers me points but I’m not a member. This is really rediculous the way they are offering points to me, I am not a member, but only offing us a place to sleep for full price without offer of refund or reimbursement of any kind. Sad, I like this place but the incompetence of the staff not knowing that their pay checks rely on us renting rooms and coming back?? It’s really missing the mark!

Everything was amazing. We went to celebrate my daughter’s 13th bday and I called in advance to see if they could decorate the room for me, and they decorated the room so nice and left a beautiful note!! 10/10 would recommend

Reservation communication between Hotels.com & Homewood was incorrect. Multiple phone calls to both and 2 hours required to get the reservation straightened out even though itinerary was correct. 2 night stay and even after 1st night had to revisit the issue again at front desk to get the 2nd night straight. Homewood desk clerk recommended skipping Hotels.com next time and reserving direct, forgoing the discounts. Lousy advice & service. Room itself was fine.
