I had considerable trouble straightening out a flawed reservation but MATTIE sensed my frustration and intervened by calling a number I couldn't"t reach and all was solved. Upon our arrival MICHELLE was most friendly and helpful and offered and filled our water containers with ice and delivered them and 2 bottles of water to our room. Super service.
