Lady at front desk not very kid friendly. A bunch of us came for a kids soccer tourney. Employees have to expect some noise. We had a 2 night stay. They never came or asked about room cleaning. Breakfast wasn’t good.

I would stay here every time. Jones at the front desk is literally THE BEST. We were here for my husband's surgery and he went out of his way multiple times to make sure that he was taken care of and that we were happy and comfortable. He definitely made this hotel stay the best we have ever had and one that I would recommend to everyone. The breakfast is also 🔥🔥🔥

Bathroom needed some sheetrock and paint repair. The toilet sat REALLY low to the floor. Pancake machine was not working at breakfast. It took awhile to restock the bacon. I felt the attendant should have been more alert that it was getting low.

When I explained that our stay was uncertain, as we were unsure about whether we would stay another day because of a baseball tournament, I was told to let the front desk manager know before check-out time the following day. This is my 3rd attempt at submitting the review. If names or descriptions are not allowed, where is the culpability or accountability? I didn't use vulgarity as an excuse for a short vocabulary. It just makes the point clearer.

The property was nice, newer, and clean. Staff was friendly. A drawback was there are 4 floors and only two ice machines, and both of them were out of order when I stayed there in early August 2025. Also, it is a nice neighborhood but there was clearly a pimp in the parking lot with some hookers in the room across from me. I still gave it 4 stars but don’t know if that is an ongoing problem.

I was a little afraid, but it turned out well.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. Coffee was good and there was a Keurig available in the room. Hotel was location was good to visit the area parks. Walmart right across the street and Target within walking distance as well. Breakfast was adequate (not that important to me).

There were clearly some issues with cleaning.. it appears the hotel may have gone through some type of upgrade, but more painting is needed and using the right color of the wall versus touching up scratches with a different paint would be better. The ice machine didn’t work and the water dispenser in the workout room did not work

The parking lot was well lit, but they only installed cheap 1”mini-blinds so your whole room was bright while trying to sleep. Plus, the shower/bathtub would not drain well. The bathroom also needed a thorough cleaning.

Free breakfast was terrible. Brown crust on eggs. Sausage was some dry dense mystery meat. Left and went to breakfast elsewhere. Tub diverter stuck on. Sink pop up didn’t work. Loose toilet seat. Would not recommend this hotel.
