The staff was nice. Beyond that this was a terrible experience. Thw room was filty. The bathroom was terrible. Faucet was so loose it was ready to fall off. The drop ceiling riles were ready to fall. The pilliws looked like they had mold stains like they got left in a washer too long. 100% wipp not be returning. Very dissappinting for over $200 a night. The only plus was the proximity to lucas oil.

Whole experience was great. Only issue we had was the toilet was backed up and when they SOMEWHAT fixed it. It flushed very very slowly. Also shower was draining properly at first. Did get that issue resolved.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a while. Minus the construction next door, everything was great. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I really appreciated the cleanliness and quiet that you don't always get. The bartender we encountered was wonderful as well as the reat of the staff. They were very helpful and kind.

We got an early check in, which was AMAZING. but the more we stayed, the more things went downhill. we went to the bar and the chair i sat in ended up having the foot step fall off. so they don't keep up with maintenance. the bar tender ended up charging me for someone elses bill and I had to correct him. they said there was breakfast, but you get charged, wouldve been nice to know, especially when the food is ICE COLD. there is so much construction you have to park blocks away. and the cherry on top of it all, we got barged in on by house keeping when we had just gotten out of the shower. TWO KNOCKS and they put the key card in and tried walking in. thank the lord for locks. its just so disappointing that i paid SO much for one night and it was absolutely miserable. the bed is super comfortable, that was the only nice thing.

I did like that this hotel was very convenient to the stadium. But the staff only spoke at check in, other than that, not friendly. The sink in our room did not drain. Only one way in and one way out currently, due to the construction around the building. Very sketchy for my son and wife to try and walk anywhere through a construction alley on either side of the hotel at night.

We liked the room and location of the hotel as we were in town for a Colts game.Our room was located on the second level by the elevator and every time the elevator was activated there was a very loud humming noise very annoying when trying to sleep.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza for a Colts football game and found it to be an excellent place. It was clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good food! Beds were comfortable and our room was nice.. and clean. We will definitely stay again. Looking forward to staying in one of the rail cars next time!

We pulled up and there is construction surrounding the whole property. We were told at check in that there wouldn’t be running water until 6 and it didn’t come on until 7. There is a pool pictured but no pool. It was a neat experience staying in a train car. Getting woken up at 8am to see if they could clean the room was unacceptable. When we complained to the staff they said they wouldn’t let it happen to any other customers. I would not have stayed here if I had known this was going on.
