The VRBO was very clean and updated. The host was great at communicating and very prompt at responding when I had questions. It would be difficult to sleep seven adults with current beds. Plan to drive everywhere. It is not within reasonable walking distance to downtown Indianapolis. By car, downtown Indianapolis is easily around 5-10 minutes.

Great price, GREAT location... Quiet but close to everything downtown -- walkable on a beautiful Riverwalk to sporting events, parks and Downton.Perfectly clean and comfortable, great communication works definitely stay again
