They let us check in early since we got there early. The pool and hot tub were nice and the room was nice. They were under construction so there was a lot of noise and smells going on. I also think I got bit by bed bugs. No one else in the family did. But I ended up with like 6 bites in my back.

Room 301: The bed bed waa terribly uncomfortable. Pillows went flat almost instantly. We got a suite but seemed like we were sharing itnwith the entire side of the building we stayed on, because it was located right up against the stairwell. We could hear every person going up and down the stairs and their comings and goings because of the stairwell doors. Water pressure in the kitchen net was next to none.

Everything was clean, exactly as pictured, and great, helpful staff. Only issue was one of my rooms had a noticeable faucet leak in the bathroom when the water was turned on. Also, I purchased 2 rooms and thought they would be together or at least close and they weren’t. They originally booked my rooms on 2 different floors altogether, but eventually found us rooms down the hall from each other. I think they should ask about that when booking or maybe I didn’t see it.

Made reservations based off photos from the site and the room was not as described. No couch! Despite several attempts requesting room to be cleaned nobody ever showed up. Lastly. If you don’t want roaches don’t stay here.

Watch out they might try and get u reference to your pet if have one I checked into hotel asked me what kind of pet I had and I told them they certain pets were a loud but still checked me in anyway then said I can’t stay there because of breed of my dog never presented pet policy guidelines until later on that I find out talked to IHG on the phone about incident customer service rep someone going to contact me but never did.

We had a plumbing issue and there was only one staff member on duty at the front desk. I had to buy supplies and fix the problem myself.
