Everything was great except for the $100 bucks security deposit. I understand why but it would have been great to know ahead of time. But for sure will be wanting to stay again for my future archery tournaments in your area.

The staff especially the front desk was very nice and greeted you with a smile always. The air conditioner struggled to keep room cool. Was very damp in the room whole time.

The young lady who works the night desk was excellent. She is well-informed about the area and pleasant to speak with. Pool, hot tub, laundry, gym, everything you need for an extended stay. Lots of restaurants nearby (including Thai steps away). Rooms were clean. TVs were small by modern standards, but a great selection of cable programming. No complimentary breakfast, but a full-size fridge and 2 2-burner stove allowed for cooking your own. Reasonably priced for a one-bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

The hallway floors were so dirty and the elevator floors also. The pool was freezing cold and there were no clean towels.The floors in the pool area were disguising. Coffee maker was broken in the room and there was random clumps of black hair in our room.

Reported bed bugs bites only to be moved to another room and experience the same thing. Hotel offered a partial refund. The hallways smell but the rooms were decent. Rueben was great though.

I am handicapped,have a wheelchair and prosthetic leg. The thresholds was too high to go over and door was super heavy so would not stay open to go in. The shower was not handicap accessible, I was able to slide over into the shower but the shower head was too far. The hooks were on the farthest spot in the bathroom. After getting the ok for late check out I was interrupted at 9 am with someone trying to to come into my room , thank goodness I had locked it so he couldn't enter. Then while in the shower I hear banging on the door. I yell out to say I'm in the shower and no one is there with me but continuous bagging. I rush out of the shower open the door and there's a man telling me I'm late in checking out. I told him I got permission for late check out. He proceeds to leave saying he will look into it. Then 5 mins later comes knocking AGAIN to which I open again and he tells me yes she forgot to note it. When I was finally checking out I called to ask for help. The man on the other end was not understanding so offered to bring me the cart. After explaining I was in the handicap room in a wheelchair he finally said he would send someone. I will not be back. heavy

Outstanding value! Big suite with kitchenette, sleeping couch, and lots of extras. Free coffee 24/7 but no other free breakfast. Clean and comfortable.
