The pool was under renovation. That is why we booked the place to use the pool in hot tub. I wish the site would’ve said that and I would’ve not booked it. Also there was no toilet paper hardly any in the room I would like some compensation for not being able to use the pool area since that is the reason we booked the room.

We only had 1 key card that would work in any doors. Even after multiple attempts of getting a 2nd one they wouldn't work. At check-in, we found out the pool was closed which was super disappointing because it was a big reason for booking this specific hotel. Room was nice and spacious. All in all, not a terrible experience but definitely could've been better.

I encountered several staff, all were nice and very knowledgeable. Renovations meant the pool was closed but it is an awesome pool, and the pool at the hotel just across the parking lot was available to us. Very quiet room, nice guests. I will go back again.

As soon as you walked in the door you are hit with a breath taking smell of cigarette smoke and air freshner. We were told the pool was closed which was real disappointment. When i asked about the smoke i was told the hotel was smoke freebut the show powers so i must be smelling that. Hmmm.....i requested to cancel our reservation and went to a real hotel. I couldn't wait to get out to fresh air. My eyes burned for hours. I thought my son was going to have an asthma attack. As soon as I saw that you needed to have a key code just to enter the lobby I should have known. About Expedia, i was reserving the room in a rush I didn't realize I somehow left the hotels website. I did notice the price was different but i was in such a rush i just chalked it up to taxes and false advertising. In the end the cost through Expedia would have been at least $25 more than the advertised price. Getting Expedia to process the refund wasn't too hard but required multiple calls to get through.
