The front staff was polite, but my overall experience was disappointing. I responded through the app requesting to remove the last night from my booking but never received a response. I assumed the request had been handled. When I checked in on Friday, I again explained that I planned to checkout on Saturday, not Sunday, but was told nothing could be done. As a result, I was charged for a night I did not use, which was extremely frustrating. Additionally, the lobby bathroom was in poor condition. Several stalls were unusable due to toilets not flushing, leaving visible waste. This area clearly needs more attention and maintenance.

We were not disappointed upon our arrival. The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and courteous. The shower design is a bit weird; water splashes out onto the floor making us feel that we had to wipe up the water so as not to slip. Oh well.

The room was nice and the vinyl flooring seemed like a step up from most hotels' carpet. The room was pretty chilly on a windy day, likely due to the wind blowing directly at our window so we had to crank the heat up quite a bit. The fridge was small and didn't stay very cold. The staff was not very helpful during our stay. We asked the desk if we could get water from the restaurant to fill our water bottles and they said we could, but when we went over and asked the bartender (who was sitting using their phone and there were no customers) they told us we could just fill them up at the drinking fountain (which had no bottle filling station). The biggest downside was that we "couldn't" use the pool the 4 nights we were there, which we were planning to do with our young kids. The pool was open, but the first night we noticed what appeared to be sand in the pool and the door to the chemical storage was slightly open with caution tape over it. We asked the front desk when it would be cleaned and specifically mentioned the sand and they said they would ask someone to clean it the next day. We continued checking throughout our trip and the sand remained, plus we weren't confident of the chemical situation since anyone could access it. The location was nice and close to many restaurants, the room was cheap and overall nice, but if you're looking for a place with a clean pool or helpful staff, this hotel could use some work in those areas.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean this hotel was — everything felt almost brand new. Our room was spotless and well maintained, and the overall property felt safe and welcoming. Parking is free and available onsite, which made things very convenient. Breakfast is offered for a fee; we didn’t try it, so I can’t comment on the quality. The location is excellent, with coffee shops and restaurants nearby, all within a short drive. The staff was friendly. Overall, a great experience and perfect for a comfortable, worry‑free stay.
