Room had stains in the carpet with sticky blob in front of door and the water had an egg smell. The TV’s are old and the shower had mold in the grout. The breakfast was ok but they never refilled the water or juice towards the end which was frustrating. The bread area had fruit flies. I selected this place for my family based on the reviews but can’t understand how this place had 9.0. First floor room was the only benefit so I didn’t give this place 1star.
