I stayed for the first time at Sonesta Experience and loved everything. Check in was easy and the staff was great. My room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed in. Breakfast was served until 9:30, but I slept in. I highly recommend this hotel.

I came to Indy for a business trip and the hotel was less than a mile away from my meeting. Initial appearance was great and service was excellent. After getting in my room, I noted the wall paper was coming off the walls, rust on the frame of the bathroom door, the carpet probably needed a steam clean. I forgot my computer and went to the Business office. No way to print anything and the net was barely working.

The beds were AMAZING. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and I saw an area on the wall where they sprayed for mold--unless it was a weird stain. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing except for the cold eggs.
