Our Oceanfront Oasis at Indian Beach is a newly renovated ocean view luxury condominium, located at Colony by the Sea in Indian Beach.

Enjoy the privacy of an end unit, a comfortable private balcony, while you gaze at the beauty of the Atlantic ocean. This unit is oceanfront on the first floor, just steps from the beach.

The oasis offers a fully equipped condo including a fully equipped kitchen, king master, a large living area, including a queen size sleeper sofa.
The space
2 adult guests (and up to 2 children in sleeper sofa)

Our 1st-floor Oceanfront condo has 1BR, with a King Size bed, and a TV in the bedroom. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room.

There is a complete kitchen, fully stocked for snacks to cooking full meals.

The kitchen opens completely to the living room, and your eyes see the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, from every window and angle in the room.

The living room includes a smart tv/cable (bring your own passwords for your streaming entertainment services), DVD player (stored in the bedroom closet), and sleeper sofa.

Our private WiFi network is incredible with 117Mbps speed. Work from here, shop online, or share pictures of our Oasis with your friends and family.
Guest access
Colony by the Sea boasts a clean and beautiful community space, including a large, clean pool and hot tub. The common area has covered picnic tables, outdoor games, charcoal grills, and outdoor space.

Our unit is located right beside the beach access, which will lead you straight down the stairs to the beach. Colony by the Sea sits on a private beach, so it is not crowded and perfect for relaxation and fun!

There are 2 elevators in our complex that offer hotel baggage carts, as well as a ramped loading zone so that unpacking and carrying your things to our unit is easy breezy!
Other things to note
Our Oasis provides your bed linens and towels as part of the cleaning fee. We provide:
-King Bedding (linens sheets comforter pillows)
-Towels, washcloths, and hand towels
-You will also receive a starter pack of:
-Toilet paper and paper towels. Additional linens for the sleeper sofa are located in the bedroom closet on the shelf.
-Beach towels are provided but please bring your own beach supplies including your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

I've been coming to EI for 12 yeara now and this property is at the very top of my list! Here are my reason- 1. Location location location-Condo is right in the middle of the island. Easy access to both bridges whether your going to Moorehead City or Beaufort. 2. Check-In-Simple. No other words really. Anytime I sent the owner Angela a message she was quick to respond. The property manager was extremely nice as well. Door had a keyless entry which is my new favorite thing. No condo keys to keep track of or worry about losing. 3. Cleanliness-Easily 10 out of 10 starts. Im a certified neat freak and not once did I have concerns about anything. As soon as we walked through the front door it smelled and looked amazing. 4. Inside the condo-Very comfortable and nicely stocked. It was just my husband and I but we easily could have had another couple (or our kids) stay with us and still had plenty of room and privacy. 5. THE VIEW-Honestly? It was my favorite part of the entire stay. I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. We literally could have reached our hands out and touched the water. Thats how close you were. 6. Access to the beach-See above. It was less than a minute walk to a private beach. There was a very nice deck before you walked down with 4 chairs, benches and an outdoor shower. All well maintained. 7. Overall stay-One million stars for sure! If you're contemplating booking this condo over another one there's no comparison.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the beach. We arrived the day before Hurricane Erin and had a few days of cloudy weather. Fortunately, the great room is not overcrowded with furniture and seems spacious. The view of the ocean is stunning. We've stayed at lots of places at the beach. These hosts are some of the most thoughtful and considerate. We definitely recommend this place for your getaway.I'm a blogger, and it was easy to shoot plenty of pictures on this vacation.
We loved the spacious feel of this room.
There are plenty of birds to enjoy on the beach.
The sunrise is breathtaking.

The Oceanfront Oasis and Colony by the Sea complex is the best beachfront property we have ever stayed at. We appreciated the elevator when moving all our stuff in and out. The condo was extremely clean and very well-stocked, with everything you would need in the kitchen and plenty of towels, including beach towels. The king bed was really comfortable. We spent hours on the balcony watching the spectacular show the sea put on every day and loved having a front-row seat! The private beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. Watching the sunrise and sunset every day from this one spot was an added bonus. We will definitely return to the Oceanfront Oasis again.

Colony by the Sea, what a great place!! The over all amenities offered are a 5 plus stars.. The condo is also top notch. It was beyond clean ;one of the cleanest places i've ever stayed at on the ocean. Super nice deck with a spectacular view of the ocean. The condo is well stocked for cooking. The listing and pictures are spot on, check in was super easy. If your headed to the beach for the beach its great, not over crowed nice breeze. We will definitely stay at this place again!! Hats off to the owner and staff tou have the perfect oasis at the sea!!

The stay was great. The only thing i would suggest is handicap access to the beach. I seen quite a few elderly struggle with the steps. And a handicap man. Other than that it was awesome. I would definitely stay again.

A True Oasis

This a perfect place especially if you love the ocean. This unit is right on the ocean with a sliding glass door to a patio with unobstructed views of the ocean. Access to the beach is a few stairs away. The unit is as clean as clean can be and has upgrades throughout. As soon as I can I will be heading back.

Oceanfront Oasis Getaway

Safe through a storm and a sunny ending

We were there for a wedding. Thursday and Friday were a bit crazy because of a storm, but watching the waves from the balcony was amazing. The weather then cleared for a perfect wedding day. Thanks to the hosts for making it an enjoyable stay.

Perfect family vacation rental!!

This condo is lovely! We highly recommend it for your stay at the beach. It was very clean (and I’m picky about clean). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. There were plenty of towels and linens. It has very easy access to the beach and a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The extra half bath made it so much easier for a family of 3. The beach was not crowded at all and we were there on a holiday weekend. The owners stayed in touch throughout the trip which made everything easy. They also went above and beyond with little extras in the condo. Extra soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. We would definitely stay here again!
