Summer Winds C-325 is 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Oceanfront Condo that sleeps 8.

Great room with living, dining, kitchen, and half bath affording ocean and pool views from inside as well as on the covered balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, TV, private bath, & balcony access.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #4 has a Double Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Central Heat & Air. 5 TVs including 2 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps. Interior Washer/Dryer. Refrigerator with attached ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave. Private Covered Balcony.

Complex has Elevators, Wireless Internet, Indoor/Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grill Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly Stays.

Rents weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2 night minimum year around.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
