Stayed in the oceanfront panoramic suite room # 14, it was very comfortable, roomy, and clean closest to the beach! Open concept large room with 3 couches, a round dining room table seats 4, kitchen with all appliances, and dishes, silverware. King size bed , twin bed all in the same room. Great for a family vacation! 1 bathroom with good sized shower, sink and toilet. Great staff easy/quick check in and check out! Close to restaurants! But, there is outside seating, and area to grill out and fish cleaning station! No pool was only down side ! Great place to relax and enjoy some sun…..

You cannot beat this cozy beachside motel. First off, staff are all friendly and accommodating. The cottages are so nicely appointed and decorated. We stayed in one of the 1 bedroom apartments. The full size kitchen was well equipped with a fullsize fridge, oven, stove, microwave. They even had ice ready in the freezer for us. All dishes, silverware and cooling utensils were stocked. The ac, hot shower and TVs with cable and streaming were working optimally. The room was clean and cozy. The beachside area had plenty of seating, shade and a hammock.

Any time I stay in the Melbourne area, this is my go-to place. The property is truly waterfront, quaint and lovely, immaculately clean, and really really cute. Weather dependent, I always get up and watch the sunrise from their spacious deck. There is every type of restaurant, grocery store, and entertainment within walking distance. For my tastes and needs, it's perfect.
