The condo was great! It was clean and furnished and decirated very nicely. The provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were a nice touch, and I was also happy that I didn't need to purchase trash bags - a small convenience, but nice. Unfortunately, it rained our whole trip from Nebraska, so we didn't make it to the beach. We lost power (briefly) during alone storm, but Bonnie reached out immediately to check on us, making sure we knew where the flashlight was, and even offered to drop off a power bank. The ONLY problem we had, was NOT with the condo or with Bonnie at all. We ran into this last year when we rented another condo at the same location. Because of the daily storms, we were only able to make it to the pool for a while each day. But the staff is not always kind or professional. One staff member took a photo of me sunbathing and when I asked what he was doing, he said his boss makes him take photos of the pool. I told him he could've said something first, but I didn't appreciate him taking my photo. Another day (midday) he said we had to get out of the pool because he had to put chemicals in. We asked if it was possible to do it at the end of the day, and he snapped that they don't work at night, they work 6 to 6 and no one is happy with that either. But when guests pay a couple thousand dollars for a couple of weeks, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to be able to swim in the heat of the day, not br photographed, or snapped at.
