In this country house near Inca 8 persons can spend their vacations, enjoy the rural environment and private pool.

The 9x4m pool with a depth of 1 - 2m is however the protagonist of the outdoor areas. It is kept clean with chlorine and has child protection. On the pool terrace there are up to 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun next to a lawn area where the children can play. Under the porch you will find a table for outdoor meals and right next to it a fixed barbecue.



The 170m2 of the house are spread over 2 floors. On the first floor you enter the living - dining room, furnished in a rustic and functional style. In the colder months you can heat the living room with a wood stove. Sit down for a while to watch TV via satellite or gather your family and friends at the dining table for 6 people. From the dining room you access the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen has access to the terrace. It has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. One of the 4 bedrooms is located on this floor and is furnished with a double bed and closet. A bathroom with bathtub completes the first floor.



Going up to the second floor you reach a second living room for reading or hanging out with friends and the remaining 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are furnished with 1 double bed each, the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds, all have a closet, fan and electric radiator. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. If needed we can prepare a crib and high chair for your baby.
