Welcome to this beautiful estate with 2 buildings, located in the rural surroundings of Inca. It offers magnificent countryside views and has capacity for 8 people.

The exterior of this property is dreamlike. It has 1 salt water pool of 50 m2 with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m. This pool features an integrated jacuzzi and an area with a water jet, thanks to which you will be able to relax and disconnect from daily routine and stress. In the surroundings there is an outdoor shower and a total of 6 sun loungers where you can rest whilst sunbathing. In the exterior you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has 2 buildings, the main one and the pool building. In the main one you can enjoy a fantastic furnished porch of 10 x 5 m where you can share unforgettable evenings outdoors with your family and friends. Next to the porch there is a large terrace of 60 m2 where the youngest members of the household can play safely, although always under adult supervision. The fixed barbecue of the property is in the building located in the pool area.

The most important thing in this area is the good communication with the different places on the island. Just 30 km away you will find the best beaches in the north with white sand, Alcudia beach, Muro beach, Formentor beach. Also at 35 km are some of the best rocky coves such as Sa Calobra, Cala Tuent and if you like hiking you will find the Sierra de Tramuntana declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You can also travel with the family to just 25 km where you will find the water parks of Alcudia, where you can spend a fantastic and fun day.

Nice spot. Good value for money. Lovely pool and beautiful garden. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise as there are a lot of guard dogs left out at night in the vicinity.
