Nestling between the terrace and different trees, the private, 8.5m x 5m private salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m is ideal for a refreshing bath in the morning. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the six loungers. Children will enjoy playing in the garden while adults may fancy having a glass of wine on the Balinese bed. If you like cooking outside, there's a barbecue. The furnished porch is great for al fresco dining. You can challenge friends at the ping-pong table and the basketball basket - but please bring your own ball. There are no direct neighbors.

The sitting-dining room is a nice place for a family get together, maybe while watching a film on the satellite-TV or a DVD. The open kitchen is accessible through a nice round arch and is fully equipped, including a gas hob. A laundry provides you with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with double bed and closet as well as a shower bath with hair dryer can be found on the ground floor.

Uptstairs, there are three more bedrooms: two with a double bed each and one with two single beds. One bedroom has a shower bath en-suite with hair dryer. Furthermore, there's a bath with bathtub on the first floor. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. In total, this house counts with four fans and eight electric radiators.

Surrounded by forest, the area is just perfect for hiking and cycling, as it is close to the Tramuntana Mountains and to the Puig de Santa Magdalena with its chapel and restaurant. The Tramuntana is wonderful for hiking tours, for example towards Orient or to the church of Santa Lucia in Mancor de La Vall. The city of Inca provides you with everything you may need as a self caterer like restaurants and shops. Alcúdia's Bay in the north is about 30 minutes' driving by car and there you can visit dreamlike beaches as Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.
