Great room and location for the price! We had a great time staying at Los Bungalows and will be our go to spot to stay in the future any time we visit San Diego. Plenty of things to do and see within walking distance. We drove and they have free parking right there which is nice. It is a contactless property and it was very easy to communicate with them. They respond very quickly and are incredibly nice. They checked in via text a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. Love this place!

I know some reviews says it doesn’t have heat or ac but it does. It also said it doesn’t have free parking but it does- 1 car per room. The host was great on communication throughout my stay and before. It was in a great neighborhood and right across from the beach! I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be coming back!

Not clean shoddy construction. Screws in window frame for towels no counter space or towel rack, no hot water furst night no hot water in kitchen at all, mildewed shower curtain. Loud barking dogs left in room all day. Thin walls.

For the most part the room was clean. The area around the base of the bed and walls had markings on them as if from the mop. There were also handprints on the pocket doors. Nothing major, but noted.

Room with a view!

I read other reviews that were not so good but we couldn’t have been happier! We had a king suite with ocean view and it didn’t disappoint! AC worked great! Cute decor. Comfy bed! Could see ocean from sitting at the kitchen counter enjoying coffee. Great location! Clean park across the street, little local bars and restaurants all over within walking distance. Easy parking. Will come back!

I had to text some mystery person to get anything we needed like coffee, towels, etc. I asked for room to be serviced and they left what we needed on a chair outside our room. The floor got very sandy as we were by the beach and no one came in to sweep or change sheets after a few days. Unacceptable for the price paid.
