Nice new hotel. Great pool. Great service at the pool. Possibly the best guacamole I have ever had. Will definitely stay again. Beautiful room. Room was clean at first glance but then noticed urine on the toilet seat, some kind of odd dried substance on the bathroom counter, soap tray was soiled from previous guest; tiled floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while, hair from previous guest. I say this because I think the design of those rooms hide dirt well, until they don’t. Housecleaning needs to be vigilante; quick passes won’t cut it. Noticed this in the common areas too. From afar looks fine, up close: dirty. Modern design is tricky… if you wanna do modern ya gotta clean thoroughly. Please take notice, I don’t want this hotel to go downhill and become like Vegas where people just don’t care and charge $500 a night anyway.

Beautiful hotel and the pools were perfect. The food was very expensive and terrible. We dined at 3 of the restaurants and did not enjoy any of them. Especially for the price. Our A/C in our room would not go below 75 and it too until 9pm for someone to come help. We had 3 kids we were trying to settle. Overall I don’t think it was worth the price.

I know the hotel is new, and some of the employees had just started working, but it was almost comical how many people who worked there did not know their way around! I recommend that you give me please a tour of their own facility. I was casually looking for the entrance to a restaurant and I asked a janitor, he said he was not sure at all. After looking around a little more, we were about 20 feet from the restaurant entrance! And then needed directions to one of the lawns for a party, I was a little lost in the hotel, and I asked the bartender, he did not know. He asked a colleague who also did not know who asked a colleague who also did not know when they gave me directions to a map. Other than that, the food was very pricey, and I felt a little captive for what to eat. Other than that, the place was clean and friendly.

Great New Brand New Hotel

Brand new hotel. The staff was perfect, the atmosphere and amenities are all TOP notch. If you have kids they'll love the 4 pools (wave pool, lazy river, water slides) and an arcade. They have a great selection of foods/restaurants. I'll be staying there again
