I spent many days trying to find a place to stay in Idaho Falls for several weeks. I needed a place located near the Idaho Cancer Center, which is across from EIRMC. Once I had my treatment days locked in, I was able to concentrate on availability of places in Ammon and Idaho Falls. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just 2-1/2 miles from the medical center, Marco and Flamenia welcomed us into their lovely VRBO basement apartment. Our own private space was the entire basement that was beautifully decorated. The apartment had everything we needed for our month long stay. We felt safe and comfortable. Not only were we very near medical centers, but a wonderful variety of shopping and excellent restaurants. There were two very large bedrooms with plenty of storage, one extra spacious bathroom, a small but functional kitchen, a large dining room table, a washer and dryer in a separate utility room and there was also exercise equipment in the basement for us to use if we chose. We spent many evenings working on jigsaw puzzles on the extra large coffee table in front of a large screen TV and gas fireplace. We had a delightful stay and feel like we have made friends along the way.
