"Highly recommended. Our five-night stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and relaxing. It’s rare to stay somewhere and genuinely struggle to find even the smallest fault. The staff really made the experience. Special thanks to Konstantina, and to another lovely waitress with glasses (sorry I didn’t catch your name), both were warm, attentive, and even remembered our morning coffee order. Barbara at reception was incredibly helpful on several occasions, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Eric at the bar was alwsys similing and friendly, and the hotel manager was approachable, proactive, and a real credit to the team. Overall, the level of service was outstanding. Our room was spotless and very well equipped. The air conditioning... a must for me, was perfect. Thoughtful touches like the pillow menu, the private pool, excellent shower, and being able to log into YouTube on the TV were all really appreciated. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The spa and pool areas were just as impressive Peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained with good background music. Breakfast and the restaurant offerings were excellent, with great quality throughout. All in all, a perfect stay. We’ll definitely be returning with friends and family and would highly recommend it to anyone. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. P.s - the hotel cat. My favourite part."
