My bed was damp presumably from someone having put beach towels down. To the point that i ended up sleeping on the couch because the room smelt musty. The food was plentiful but it was also not really much choices. You pretty much ended picking one protein and a bunch of carbs and I have a wide pallet. The staff pretty much just wants you out of their face and makes it known too. The building are pretty rundown too. Btw i havent seen a 1:1 ratio tv since the 90s thay thing was an abomination.

Punching at 2 star, very filthy hotel!! The animation team were really good though!! Dining is till 9 pm however food is removed by 8.40, staff then come and feed themselves in front of guests at this time!! Not once I saw the dining area being mopped!! Every gin and tonic and beer tasted different!! The toilets at the water park were cleaner than the hotel. The location is wonderful it’s such a shame it’s let down!! We really felt sorry for the staff as they were getting complaints all the time and clearly trained to fob you off!! I do not recommend to stay here especially if your wanting to use the all inclusive food and beverage facilities.

You get why you pay for. The place hasn’t been updated since what looks like the early 90s. The food was ok but you’ll get a stomach ache after 1 day of the all inclusive meals. And the drinks will give you a hang over. I don’t know what I drank but it wasn’t wine that’s for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, being just a short walk from the beach, making it convenient for daily seaside visits. Additionally, the food service was excellent, offering a rich and diverse menu that catered to every taste. Highly recommended for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

AC - not on until 1st of June and it was super stuffy. My kids hardly slept first night. We did get upgrade to new part of hotel after wanting to cancel room. However things were not fully working in new room too. Hot water - No hot water when we arrived. Fixed after complaining. Kitchenett - Its for decorative purpose with no cutlery, cups, saucepan, not even a cup Bathroom - cupboard wouldnt close and kids got caught with their fingers Mini fridge - not working and had to call engineer State - quite worn out and not sure how they got 4 star Pool - they were removing paint because they used slippery paint in the pool Food - food was not impressive and at the end we just didnt eat it althought we paid for all inclusive. Pool bar - no snacks to offer to customers. Only drinks Kids club - they have it but not opened. Note: i am not sensitive to noise so I am ok hearing parties and flights every night. However if you are sensitive then maybe not for you. Overall: i think it was expensive for what you get and i would not even rate it 3 star for the old room I got and that was not the most basic room already. I paid more coz I wanted more comfortable for kids. Good thing was private beach and close to airport. Lots of restaurant around and some souvenir shops.
