The staff here were wonderful! Both the gentleman there at night when we checked in and the next morning when we left were super friendly and happy to provide information about the area to insure we had a great trip! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean, however the bathroom needed a new toilet seat as the one on there was extremely scratched and beaten up. Some mildew or staining in the shower so it looked very dated and dirty but it had been cleaned. The remote control for the TV didn't work so I had to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn't work so I had to call the hotel from my phone to reach the front desk. The first person I spoke to about it said, yeah, a lot of them (phones) don't work. The next guy I spoke to sent up a new phone immediately along with a new remote. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee was good. Beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. So hopefully they do some improvement to the bathrooms. There is really no excuse for a toilet seat to look like that.

Loved the location and the ease of being able to get in and out of the rooms quickly. Was very clean and well kept even for the end of the season. I didn’t realize we had a balcony room until the next day which is also awesome. Would definitely stay there again

This property was magnificent. It is very convenient to shops, dining, and transportation. All areas are very clean. The staff is wonderful, helping with sightseeing tips. I highly recommend it.

It was a very spacious room. Breakfast was simple but good and plentiful. Great location; an easy walk to downtown and the ferries. Staff was very friendly and helpful with tips/advice for things to do in the area!
