The location of the property is terrific. We never used the car once we got there. Easy walk to Hyline ferry and Main St for shopping and restaurants. The hotel was updated this past winter and it shows well. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Great value for this price point!

The rooms and service were very good. The Heritage should have separate coffee/breakfast amenities from the sister Comfort Inn. At least, a higher level of complimentary coffee. The pools need maintenance.

Amazing 3 nights. Had an emergency and had to find a room fory daughter's and I and they had 1 room left. From beginning to ends check in and check out the stay was amazing. Clean room, comfy bed. My girls loved it. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but the area has so many shops, restaurants and things to do on Main Street. Definitely will come back.

We cannot speak highly enough about Heritage Inn Hotel in Hyannis. Do not read negative reviews as they do not reflect this hotel. The hotel is newly and tastefully renovated. The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean and bed was so comfortable. The front desk staff from Kyle, Charlotte and Carla who were always eager to assist. Another huge bonus, is the location and proximity to Main street with countless restaurants and shops to visit. We shall definitely return!

Heritage house was a close walk to ferries and shops. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub . I did feel that the lighting in the rooms were not bright enough and bathroom sink/vanity was small, but there is a cubby below for some storage. Overall it was a great value for the price and I would stay there again.

The hotel overall was good i just had a complaint about our door. It had a large gap and we could see into hallway. This also led to loud noise during night being able to hear everyone walking by which led to little sleep since we were near an entrance.

I have stayed at this hotel in sept 2024 and now in 2026. Wow it is a whole new experience. It was ok before and now it is eye popping and smells delicious inside. This place is no longer my quiet secret of a place to stay on main street. This place is in a perfect location and clean. Love it.

The room looked brand new. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could use some work. Some of the chafing dishes were not kept stocked and choices were not many. There could be more tea selection.

Hotel smelled amazing right from the start. Not sure what they are using but I want it for my home. Room was clean and well appointed with microwave, fridge, and sink. Beds were really comfortable. I would absolutely stay again. Location was perfect with walking distance to main street with coffee shops and other restaurants , as well as unique boutique shops.

The staff was friendly though minimal. Rooms were clean though they could use a touch up in paint or some equipment repaired. Surprising given that the hotel has been remodeled less than a year ago. Breakfast was at the Hampton Inn and not actually provided by the hotel. It was lukewarm for the most part.
