Pool was unable to be used and we had to go next door to best western if we wanted to go for a swim. Had we received an email notifying we would have cancelled and booked at best western. We were harassed by a hockey team group of families and the manager did basically nothing except talk to them which they didnt listen. Asked to check out first day because of the harassment and the manager refused to give us a refund. Next morning it continued and 4 more complaints were made and best they did was move us rooms to first floor Rest of stay was fine

Worst stay we have ever had there. We stayed several times before so we knew it was budget. This stay had us discovering a toe nail in the bed when we peeled back sheets to go to bed; the next day house keeping came and we still had coffee marks all over our desk and new black hairs appeared beside the phone. We were woken all night by girls playing ding dong doorbell game and there was NOTHING done from management, except they recleaned the room and changed sheets the following day after toenail discovery. We never ever ever stay again. Spend the money and stay elsewhere.

The manager was not very nice when I tried to cancel my room for the second night, would not allow it, even though the pool was broke, and the rooms are very, not clean. The walls have dirt on them and it needs to be upgraded. The manager is not a nice person!

Not overly welcoming to my pet. Initially looked at booking via their website which has no weight restriction listed but decided on hotels.com for better rate. The front desk staff was argumentative, he told me multiple times “the weight limited is clearly stated when you book through Expedia”. When I said I didn’t see it on the website he said “but you booked through expedia”. Front dash strongly suggested I use the side entrance with my dog so he didn’t disturb other guests, side entrance wouldn’t open and same staff member confronted me about using the main entrance. Pool was not available for use during my stay.

The room was nice. We have stayed several times. The rooms are a little small compared to the hotels in the area, but the price is also much higher at them. We enjoy the location, it’s close to the town centre and shopping. There’s also space if you have a dog, like us and need to go for short walks.
