I really appreciated the top amenities. The indoor hot tub and pool were perfect for unwinding in the overall atmosphere was very inviting. I also noticed how well-maintained everything was, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We'll your photos are miss leading on YOUR room selections along with your bathroom photos i selected a bathroom with a tub and a shower , and when we arrived we only had a shower, you mess up our anniversary night because of your false advertisement of rooms. We stayed almost a whole week, the first day we were happy. The check in was easy and staff were polite. Our room had a great view and having a sink/ microwave/ fridge is always nice. I think the room could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom did not look/feel clean. We asked for an infant crib but that did not come with any sheets. With our 6 day stay our room was “cleaned” once and we were only given 1 towel. They didn’t clean at all, just made the bed and gave replaced the towel. The shampoo also is a combo shampoo/conditioner and made my hair really oily sadly. Breakfast, the first day seemed nice but we were kind of disappointed the further into our trip and the last day, Saturday was the busiest day for the hotel and they had a fraction of the usual options they had all week— we opted to eat at a breakfast restaurant instead that day.
