This property was very industrial and convenient for different places. The only problem I had was the TV was not working. One of the front desk personnel came and set it up the first time and after that first time it never came back again and I didn’t even bother to go and ask again. So there was no TV service. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

The hotel was immaculate. My room was sparkling! The free breakfast was delicious. And last but not least the front desk was helpful ands courteous! Would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin, you can hear a pin drop in the next room. I guess that’s why you can’t put the tv louder than a whisper. Up all night listening to all the rooms around me, up, down, left and right

The hotel is new, staff is super friendly! The floors of our room were really dirty, and it was noisy. The walls are thin, we could hear voices and loud footsteps through the ceiling and walls. That was just a construction issue, not enough insulation or sound suppression. Breakfast was decent - oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, egg frittata, sausage, bagels. All was fresh and warm!

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights each room. Not once did we receive room service! I questioned the front desk clerk and was told that since Covid services were only provided by request only. How would I know this? Also, on the bathroom mirror was a sticker stating that housekeeping was provided every other day. The breakfast was ok, but was staffed by an employee whose appearance did not align with the what a hotel’s professional grooming and dress standards should be. He had no uniform, wore ill-fitting clothing, and presented an overall unprofessional appearance while on duty. After returning to the hotel at 9pm on one of our night’s stay there was not a desk clerk in site. Plenty of people were in the lobby looking to purchase various snacks and drinks. I waited 15 minutes, then went to my room. I called the desk several times and never did get an answer. Sadly, for a new hotel, the overall experience was poor.
