The location is convenient, I chose to park in the parking garage across the street for a significantly lower price than valet service. The room was clean, but the drapes were old and stained. The supplied soap/shampoo/lotion smelled wonderful however in the shower the bottles were so old and worn that it was impossible to differentiate between them (guessing they keep refilling the same ones?). The telephone was inoperable and broken, with part of the base taped together with black electrical tape.

Our first night was extremely noisy. Noisy to the point where we got no sleep and had to request a room change. Additionally, our room was never cleaned during the the entire 3 night stay. The rooftop bar was very nice but two drinks were $50 dollars. This was a beautiful hotel in a nice location but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very nice and well-equipped. The bed was comfy, and the location is perfect. You can walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The umbrella alley across the street is a cute photo spot. The Revivalist was great for brunch, and the Baker and Able rooftop igloos are an entire winter wonderland vibe (reservation required!!).

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! I loved every second of this trip. The room was clean and the environment was fresh. The valet was quick and kind bringing my rental back and forth. This stay was the epitome of southern hospitality!
