Hotes.com inaccurate details

Hotels.com vs the property information is inaccurate. I was suppose to receive an email from the property to get information on directions and covid 19 changes but never received it. In addition the price on hotels.com was less than what was actually charge to me. The property itself though is beautiful and it’s better to book directly through the property.
