Check in was easy and quick!! Room was a bit sketchy as soon as walked through door in the hallway furniture stacked in the hallway. Fire extinguisher was missing. Got in the room the AC was running full blast was like 20 degrees in the room!! Non of the tv remotes worked the tv in the front room couldn’t change the channel at all. The beds were very comfortable. Would have like to have a little more options for breakfast but wasn’t terrible!!

Will never stay here again. It took over an hour for us to get a blanket for the couch bed. Also, the heat in our room didn't work - no matter how high we put the temperature it only blew out cold air. This was on a night where the outside temp was about 15 degrees. There was visible dirt on the floors. The dispensers for soap and shampoo in the bathroom were completely empty. The staff were nice enough but there were not enough people to keep up with the amount of work needing to be done.

The man at the front desk was nice but it took forever to check-in. The sheets were stained, the room did not smell clean, the fan in the bathroom was broke and would not turn off. The hair dryer did not work. The door did not seal, room key did not work half the time.

Red Roof Inn is such a uniquely placed hotel. It’s actually close to plenty of great places — restaurants, shops, everything is just a short drive away — but the hotel itself is tucked in such a way that it gives you this peaceful, almost desolate ski-lodge vibe without actually being isolated. I really liked that combination. The staff deserves a special mention. The women at the front desk were incredibly kind, accommodating, and quick to find solutions. If there’s ever an issue, they don’t hesitate — they’ll move you or handle whatever comes up immediately, no questions asked. That level of responsiveness honestly surprised me in the best way. Breakfast was another highlight. Their waffle maker was perfect — simple but so good, and it definitely won me over in the mornings. I slept like a baby, everything was clean, and as a single woman, I felt completely safe during my stay. It’s not a flashy, extravagant hotel — but it’s dependable, cozy, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. I’d absolutely stay again.

Great customer service from counter staff. Suggestion invest in more comfortable King size bed and better pillows. The room could ube cleaner the floors could of used mopping and the night stands could if used some wiping down. Thev4 nights stay cleaning seevice cane to room once and just emptied trash cans and replaced 2 towels. The bedcwasnt even made. I would've given five stars if everything else mentioned like cleanliness and comfortable bed.

Terrible Stay — Very Disappointed First of all, the living room ceiling was not fixed and looked extremely unmaintained. The floor was so dirty that we had to keep our shoes on while walking around. The sofa in the living room had stains, and the entire room had a bad smell from the moment we walked in. This was a very unpleasant experience and definitely not what we expected. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good
