The staff was so friendly and helpful! The pool was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The water was the perfect temperature! I also loved all my services at the spa. The room was incredible with an amazing view of the city. It was also very spacious. The restaurant, the Alma, was not all I'd hoped for but was okay. My steak was overcooked and was just average. It was easy to get eveywhere I needed to go from this location. Would absolutely stay here again!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was below expectations. The check-in process felt unwelcoming — the gentleman at reception and the lady who asked me to sign on the tablet did not explain anything about the hotel, such as Wi-Fi details, floor layout, or general amenities. Instead, I was only asked why I hadn’t chosen breakfast, which came across as pushy rather than helpful. Better training is definitely needed, as guests expect clear information first before being sold add-ons. The room itself was also disappointing. The air conditioning was weak, making the stay uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was not up to standard — certainly not pristine. Overall, I would give this hotel 2 star for service. In reality, it feels more like a 3 star property rather than the standard it aims to project.
