Luxurious, quiet room with a comfy bed. Very convenient location, ~25 minute walk from the museums and imperial city and ~5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on the walking streets. The staff is wonderful, especially Van Duc. He was incredibly kind. He helped us book our car from Hue to Da Nang. The rate was better than what was shown on Grab. He also provided great recommendations to a local bun bo Hue place that is a short walk from the hotel. The condition of the hotel was fine, but there was a strong mold smell and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the staff really made the stay bearable.
