El fin fue increíble muchas cosas que hacer cerca como los prismas basálticos. La hacienda muy bonita y con una historia muy interesante, nos tocaron cuartos recién remodelados asi que muy bien. La comida deliciosa y la atención del staff excepcional. Recomiendo ampliamente

The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

Un hotel muy bonito y con mucha historia

Es un hotel muy bonito y cómodo, a la alberca le falta mantenimiento, siento que ese espacio se podría aprovechar mejor, la experiencia del vino está excelente (no dejen de hacerla)

No cumple con espectativas y tarifa

Hotel con falta de mantenimiento en alberca, restaurante, cuartos. Tarifa muy cara para lo que ofrece, la habitación y cama limpia pero descuidado el mobiliario, la TV muy mal si señal, no hay secadora de pelo en cuartos. El lago invadido de algas y lirio. Lo unico bueno es la hacienda en medio de la naturaleza.

Me gustó mucho, las instalaciones son muy buenas y la hacienda muy bonita. El personal muy amable y cuenta con varias actividades muy padres, yo recomiendo la experiencia sensorial donde pruebas vinos y quesos muy buenos con un hambiente fuera de lo común.

El único tema fue el restaurante en comidas y cenas al menú le falta algún tipo de sopas o caldos que no sean pasta, sobre todo por el clima; también el tiempo que se llevan en servir es muy lento.

Se me hizo cara para la habitación tan sencilla. La Hacienda vale la pena por su arquitectura, pero las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. Los muebles ya están viejos, no tienen wifi, no tienen cafetera ni secadora. El personal es amable, pero no están preparados para el servicio. La televisión no servía. Me cambiaron de habitación porque la primera que me entregaron, no la habían arreglado.
