Room was a for a disabled person so the bed was very low which made it hard to get up out of. The sink plug was broken and my husband fixed it and the toilet over flowed and instead of a staff member coming to fix it, they gave my husband a plunger. Customer service could have definitely been better. I have family in the area so I often use a hotel while I am there but next time I will try a different hotel.

Room was good other than the TV. It was snowing and the direct tv didn’t work for a good 4 hours. I when to the desk like it said and they said they couldn’t do anything for me and it was the weathers fault. At that point it wasent even snowing anymore. Pool was a little cold. And just your basic hotel breakfast.

We needed to change rooms as some appliances were not working properly. Stain on comforter. Staff did their best to help us and were quite responsive in meeting our needs. The linens, furniture, and appliances just seemed old and need of updating.

The staff is very friendly and quick at the desk if you need anything. My room had a large clean comfortable bed, but it’s definitely an older hotel with lots of deferred maintenance. Lots of rusty edges on the metal frames of the doors. Old furniture with lots of dents and scratches, small television, out dated bathroom, etc. You typically get what you pay for and this is a good example. For the price I paid I thought it was fair. Great location and I found it to be just fine.
