This is a very modern hipster hotel. If you’re thinking of staying here - do it! Lucious cookies await your for your check in, plus some beverages (water, ice tea, coffee). This is so clean, so cool and overall a beautiful simplistic hotel. We will be back!! JT

Great hotel and the location is not far from campus and food. Ethiopian food right next door is excellent too. The bartenders there made it a blast. Chatted with us all evening and convinced us on some cool new drinks we hadn’t had. This will now be our preferred hotel when we visit.

Each staff person I spoke to was very helpful. The front desk happily held my bags after check out for a few hours. The breakfast staff accommodated our requests quickly. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating too. The room was very clean. There was always fresh water, coffee and cookies in the lobby too. Our stay was great, we would definitely return!

This was a brand new place, so everything was clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar in the lobby is first rate and has talented bartenders who can make great cocktails! The only slight downside might be the lack of parking, but the valets are very helpful and get the car quickly and efficiently if you decide to pay for valet. We’ll be back for sure!

I stay as for an outpatient visit to U Of M hospital. Great location for being downtown and proximity to the hospital facilities. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and ballet service was convenient. Ordered salads to go from the bar, which has a tapas menu. Service was good, but took a while for two salads to be prepared and the salads were OK, but not great.
