My room had no hot water and the room was extremely cold, i did try to raise the temp in my room but as much as i had it on 90 degree the room was still way to cold. i did call for them to come check it out but no one came to fix the problem so i left a day early i just couldnt be in a cold room with no hot water to shower. I did try to check out early but the lady in the front refused and stated that my stay will automatically check me out on the day i was suppose too. overall my experience in this hotel was not good for the price we paid for the room.

We didn’t know that the property had other buildings, our building was number 4 and there was no elevator. Smelled stuffy in the hallway but the room was ok. There was a balcony but we didn’t use it. The rooms could use a big update and cleaning. We were there for a game at NRG stadium so it was very convenient. We stayed one night.

We were the only 2 people in the dinning room at 830 in the morning and we had to go to the front desk just to find someone to help us, staff was slow and food was not worth the price and we could have gotten better food and service at IHop.
