The Host and Hostess were very nice.....I did let them know that they need window treatments.....The only thing on the windows are sheers that don't cover the whole windows....It does get very sunny early in the morning in Texas.....If it was a little cleaner it would be a very nice house. Amenities were good.....The kitchen sink needed cleaning and the sponge was very old.

Looks Great Online, But Lacked Basic Readiness

We stayed at this property for a friend’s wedding and were initially drawn to its unique design and proximity to the venue—especially appealing for a group of non-Texas visitors. Our group of six arrived separately, but unfortunately, check-in instructions weren’t provided until I followed up at 4:15 PM, which caused some confusion as others in our group were already at the house.Upon arrival, the interior was 87 degrees and extremely humid, despite outside temps hitting 102. When I reached out to the property manager, I was told to be patient as the HVAC would “take a second”—a bit puzzling since, if it had been working properly, the house likely wouldn’t have been that hot to begin with. After about 90 minutes of back-and-forth, an HVAC technician was finally dispatched and resolved the issue. Thankfully, the temperature became comfortable for the rest of our stay.One other inconvenience: the home was not stocked with extra basics like toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags, requiring an additional grocery run shortly after arrival.Overall, while the home has potential and ended up being comfortable, the lack of preparedness and responsiveness at the outset left a frustrating first impression.

We love to get up in the morning and have coffee in the back yard by the lake The kids enjoy it as well and very close to our family the house was clean and very cozy we will defiantly come back Thank you for your hospitality !

Beautiful Neighborhood

My family stayed here when we were relocating to Texas. It was the perfect location for us since it was only a few minutes away from our new house. We truly enjoyed the beautiful waterfront neighborhood! It was peaceful and there were ducks and swan in the lake behind the house. The house was very clean and had basic cooking supplies, as well as towels and linen. Nat was amazing and responded quickly to any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family that visit for the holidays!
