Elevator did not work for three day stay we were on fourth floor with 3 large 50 lb bags.. Housekeeping did not make bed or properly clean room. Shower door did not stay closed. Telephone in room did not work. Excessive noise from teen age kids ( teams) in hallways until at least 11 pm. Will never stay at this location again.

The room was decent. Their elevators were not working so we had to use the stairs to bring all our luggage up to the second floor and back down when checking out. Breakfast was horrible! No one in the breakfast room refilling items as they ran out. There was no napkins, no plates, no syrups for waffles, no milk for cereal. Hotel overall needs better personnel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to multiple restaurants, gas stations, and other shopping locations. It was a nice hotel, inside and outside. The room was also nice and clean. However, my mom used to tell me that looks can be deceiving. As soon as we got to the front qdesk to check-in, the receptionist advised us the elevator was out. We had to walk all of our luggage upstairs. That wasn’t good, since I just had rotator cuff surgery. After being in the room a little while, my wife spotted a large roach crawling along the baseboard and killed it. We usually have a good time at the LaQuinta Inn, but this was NOT a good experience. Due to the bad experience, we decided to pass up breakfast.

Fast and easy check in and out online. Property sent a text prior to my check in about a request I made online, good communication. Easy in and out once there. Very clean- I really liked the scent of their cleaning solution and it wasn't like it was covering anything. Bed was more firm than I like but the pillows were awesome. I didn't even need a mountain of them like i normally do. I forgot to check what kind they were. Breakfast had normal bread items and waffles, eggs and two meats. I was disappointed there were no breakfast potatoes of any kind, but they did have coffee ready to go in the lobby at all hours so that was nice. In the gym- One of the two treadmills was not working and I couldn't get the one bike to work. They also had two ellipticals, a bench and dumbbell set, some medicine balls and another machine to pullThe indoor pool was super cold and clean. A kind employee came by and tossed us some pools noodles and a ball.
