Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and essential kitchen items ( blender, toaster, Keurig, etc...) Premium pots and pans for cooking. Coffee bar is fully stocked with a variety of options from tea to coffee. Drip coffee as well as K-cups available. Seasonings and spices for your personal use.

Laundry
Washer and dryer located at the end of the hall to the left. In addition, you will find iron, iron board, hangers, and first aid kit.
Additional cleaning supplies located under sink in the kitchen. Please utilize to minimize cleaning expenses.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. You will be charged an additional $150/day if this rule is violated.

Parking
You may park only on the left side of the driveway and try not to block the neighbor's car in. If more parking is needed you may park on the street directly to the right of the property.
