The WiFi didn’t work and I needed it to get my work done. The trash cans in the breakfast area were overflowing and even when a lady that seemed to be management kept going in circles seeing this mess she did nothing to correct the situation.
No complaints! Toyota Center is a 5 min walk. Note that valet overnight parking is $58/night + tax. There is some street parking but you have to look. $75 deposit required. Parking is taken out of the deposit.
The location was excellent, very close to the Toyota Center and food options. The staff was pleasant and friendly. It was an all around great experience.
Had a blanket with dried blood all over as soon as you turn it down. Took off bed and slept without it. Blanket needed to be checked better than just reusing without washing them. Room 728.
Need another trash can besides the only one in bathroom. Should have taken a picture but it was too disgusting to look at. Really sicken.
