The breakfast options were phenomenal. The pool was a lovely size and mostly empty with comfortable lounge couches set around. The room was one of the cleanest I have been in, in a very long time. The beds were softer than most hotel beds, which I appreciate since I like a plush mattress. It was nice to not wake up sore! The shower was wonderful as well. We enjoyed one night of staying in and got drinks and appetizers/dinner at the bar. The drinks were some of the better I have had and the bartender was quite skilled. We always stay at Hilton properties, but this was my first time at a Tru and I was impressed!

Perfect location!!!

Great hotel with the perfect location! If you're seeing a show at the Toyota Center, stay here! Clean room, good breakfast and very comfortable.

Excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and everything was nice and clean. We were able to walk to the Toyota Center for a concert, so it was exactly what we needed!

This was an excellent hotel, the only negative is that it’s in downtown Houston. It didn’t feel safe at all but from our room we could see the homeless sleeping on the sidewalk.

When we arrived to check in our room was not ready. After waiting about 2 hours we came back to check in. The lady at the desk asked if we needed an ADA room? I said yes, that is what I had booked. She had to ho check to see if she had one available. While waiting the lobby had drink stains on the tables and chairs. Not impressed. The bar was suppose to open at 4 and no one was there. It just seemed wierd that if they were so busy and full of guests that thier would be more activity going on. It was odd. The room was very simple. 2 beds, 1 chair, 1 desk. We had 4 people and they only gave us 2 sets of towels. We had to call for those. The shampoo dispenser was out of shampoo. Breakfast was blah. My Daughter would mot eat anything. For this hotel being so new anf in Houston I would expect alot more. I will not stay her again.

Nice place to stay. It’s walking distance from Toyota Center and Daikin Park. The pillows are nice. The service is great . The bad part is parking. Trying to a parking place without paying or getting your car towed is a challenge.

Big 3 Event Weekend

Hotel was one block away from event. Hotel was nice, clean and pet friendly. Rooms were comfortable. No microwave. Breakfast was better than most serving both pancake and waffle option. In hotel bar/ restaurant was ok. Served burger, wings, pizza and chessesticks, so it was convenient. Location had several restaurants in the area but didn't visit any of them. Enjoyed the weekend with my family. Parking valet a little pricey but worth it. Hotel has its own private parking lot and don't have to worry about public parking lots that start new day at 2 a.m. in the morning.

100% RECOMMEND

100% recommend! This hotel was so nice, the room was cold ,very comfortable beds. The receptionist was really nice he made the stay rememberable the valet parking guys were also very nice. Theres a dinning area down at the lobby, Went for a ENHYPEN concert and it was just 3-5 minute walking distance from the hotel so that was definitely a plus. Hopefully we will be staying here again soon! Did i mention there is also a pool?!

Perfect home away from home

I loved this hotel and it was the perfect location because of how close in proximity it is to the Toyota Center. The staff that works here is friendly and helpful. Everything about this place was amazing.
