The first thing that I noticed is that the room was very cold which I absolutely loved. I detest arriving to a hot room and having to wait for the air conditioner to cool room off enough. The room was very inviting. It was beautiful actually and I was quite surprised.

Horrible. I dont recommend it.

It was upsetting at the start to see the bullet proof glass at the reception desk! It didnt feel like a safe place. The staff was not friendly at all. The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathtowels were paper thin. The breakfast was really bad. They pretty much had cold cereal and bread. The waffles were out, the beverages were out, No juice at all. No fruit or anything else. Only coffee which we don't drink. We had to go someplace for breakfast.
