Me and my girlfriend has a great experience, our two guests on the other hand, horrible experience. The pull out bed couch was extremely uncomfortable, to the point where they reverted to one sleeping on the couch, in the couch setting, and the other sleeping on the hardwood floor. 3 nights of poor sleep will really put a strain on the vacation. Me and my girlfriend within the main bedroom slept great. So keep that in mind if this is a party of 4, is recommend bringing a blow up mattress. The apartment was clean, the AC did get to like 78 degrees once we had other guest visit to watch a soccer game and it never dropped below 73 degrees even though it was set to 60. The listing would have been a 5/5 had it just me and my gf, but the terrible sleeping experience my 2 guests felt really knocked the rating down to 3/5 for us.
