The location is absolutely perfect for NRG events we walked to World Cup without issues. The place itself was roach infested. There were a few dead ones upon arrival but later they were everywhere. The groceries we bought were ruined with over 7 roaches in or on them. It was terrible. We told the landlord and they did nothing except say “sorry”. There is a drain in the bathroom with constant dripping into the shower and when we told the landlord he said it was the normal AC drain. How would I put my bare feet in that gross ac drain water? That made the bathroom unusable. I could have dealt with the drain issue but having roaches everywhere was insane. I had to empty out my luggage on the front porch of my house before going inside to make sure I didn’t bring any home.
