Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
This property was disappointing and not at all as advertised. Dirty floors, stained pillows, blocked bath drain, leaky pipe in kitchen, and very greasy hob rings causing smoke when cooking were a problem for us. Complicated checking in process was frustrating. Property certainly not of a high standard and not value for the money paid. Constantly had sllep disrupted by noisy people in room above.It is in a good location for the Medical Center and Hermann Park.
Stayed 13 nights in Apr 2026
