The Texas suite is delightful with a huge tub separate from the toilet and sink area. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the European ambience. The Captain’s room, where our relatives were to stay, however, had such a smell of mold, their skin promptly started itching and breaking out in a rash. They had to leave immediately to find other accommodation. So, sadly, we went, too. The staff was helpful and said they would seek mold inspection but were not able to refund our reservations.

We stayed here this past weekend while in town for a concert, and it was such a memorable experience. The inn has so much charm and character, definitely not your average stay. If you get the chance, go up to the tower - the view is absolutely beautiful! The beds were incredibly comfy, and I slept like a rock after a long day. Nic, the manager, was so personable and made us feel right at home, taking time to explain everything as we got settled. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!
