Our stay was excellant. Check in and out was quick, pleasant & relaxing. The only problem was at breakfast, no sausage, no potatoes, no butter , no jelly & no coffee . Waited about 10 minutes for coffee and about 20 for sausage patty & potatoes.

the breakfast was ok, probably a few extra things will help, we loved the location since we were going to Astros game and also was near the metrorail which we use for NRG stadium, i know it is downtown but the parking was a little bit expensive 50 dlls per night, we stayed 3 nights so was 150 extra, other than that everything was perfect, the staff even suggest some near by places which we appreciate

We went on a extremely busy weekend FIFA and July 4th. Self park was full we just used the valet parking. The valet staff was very helpful. The staff were so nice and professional and patient as the check in/check out line was getting a bit backed up. Nice pool, room was nice & clean bed comfy. Breakfast had quite a variety and the staff kept the food area clean and stocked with goodies. Easy check in and easy check out. Added plus great location!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Due to my flight out of Houston, I asked for an extra hour for check out and it was no issue. Breakfast and coffee was what you would expect so it was fine. Location was perfect for going to the ballpark. No complaints.
