Very polite staff. Hotel felt new. Everything was claen and in good working order. Bed was comfortable, AC was capable of handling the heat. Over slept so missed breakfast (6am to 9am) every time. Did not like that curtains on 3rd floor (I assum e 2nd and 4th Floor as well) do not close. Only 1st floor (due to headlights) All else was perfect

It was nice a reasonably priced spot to stay. We wnjoyed the cleanliness and the beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious and we loved the bathroom The breakfast was convenient as well.

Excellent stay at Comfort Suites near Sam Houston Race Park in Houston, TX. Rooms were very clean and are staff was friendly and quick. The Breakfast was an unexpected surprise. It was kept so clean in the dining room with great selection of breakfast items!! We would definitely return!

My room was spacious and had a clean, fresh scent from the cleaning products, which I appreciated. I requested a room away from the highway, which turned out to be a great choice as it was more quiet. I did not use the breakfast option. The surrounding area is a bit bleak, though that is not the hotel’s fault; I drove about seven miles away to find a nicer area for dinner.
